Data center developer Vantage Data Centers is entering the Reno, Nevada, area with a $3 billion investment in the development of a 224MW AI data center campus, NV1. The first two buildings are fully leased, and the first building is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2026.
The facility will include four multi-story data centers sited on nearly 137 acres, totaling more than one million square feet and able to support 360W to more than 720W per square foot for high-demand AI computing.
