BUFFALO, N.Y. — A long-running dispute over a faulty HVAC system and unpaid rent is forcing Dipson Theatres at the McKinley Mall to close.
The attorney representing the theater told 2 On Your Side on Friday that the lease included provisions requiring the landlord to repair and maintain the HVAC system, but repairs were ignored for months.
