Town Center Plaza, the retail center on Missouri Avenue North between Jasper and Auburn Streets, looks to be adding a new restaurant and sub shop to its food and drink portfolio. Plan review paperwork submitted by Corne’s Grill & Subs LLC shows a restaurant by that name opening at 1600 Missouri Ave N.
What Now reached out on Wednesday to owner Mauricio Vasquez to ask about plans for Corne’s Grill & Subs. Vasquez declined to comment on the project.
That leaves us guessing for the moment about what we’ll be able to find on the menu at Corner’s Grill & Subs. That word “grill” can mean all sorts of things! At any rate, be on the lookout for subs and more coming to Town Center Plaza…
