SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A man has pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in connection with the homicide of a missing person in 2022.
According to the 7th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, Lajohn Devarus Gaither, of Lancaster, was sentenced to 28 years in prison for the death of Franklin Hines Jr. An investigation was initiated when Hines, also known as Solo, was reported missing in 2022.
