SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – After a FOX Carolina investigation uncovered serial killer Todd Kohlhepp’s attempts to make money from the sale of merchandise related to his crimes, the South Carolina Department of Corrections confirms they are holding him accountable.
In 2017, Kohlhepp pleaded guilty to multiple murders in Spartanburg County, discovered in November 2016.
In 2025, FOX Carolina filed an open records request for prison messages sent to and from Kohlhepp on a prison-issued tablet, suggesting he’s trying to monetize his crimes…
