GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – A University of Florida research team recently developed an experimental mRNA vaccine that helps when paired with immunotherapy.
The team, led by Elias Sayour, M.D., Ph.D., a UF Health pediatric oncologist, found that when they paired the vaccine with common anti-cancer drugs, they triggered a strong antitumor response.
