‘You would want justice too’ | Man accused of killing Knoxville father remains on the loose

KNOXVILLE, Tenn — The search continues for the man accused of killing 48-year-old Michael Velasquez.

The shooting happened on July 6 along the 800 block of Howard Baker Jr. Avenue. WBIR learned that one arrest has since been made in connection with the shooting that left Velasquez dead.

KPD said 35-year-old Kristin Drollinger faces an accessory-after-the-fact charge for allegedly helping 28-year-old suspect Wayne Parham flee after the shooting. As of Friday evening, Parham is not in custody.
