(Lancaster County, PA) — Multiple roads in Lancaster County were closed for hours yesterday after a truck spilled hundreds of rotten eggs onto the pavement. Officials said a truck hauling a trailer of 20-thousand rotten eggs spilled twice during its route from an industrial plant in Greenfield to a mulch facility in Peach Bottom. The first spill happened on the Route 30 exit ramp to East Walnut Street in East Lampeter Township, then a second larger spill happened at the intersection of Route 23 and Pleasure Road in Lancaster City.
