Kentucky AG targets shopping app Temu in fight against Chinese threats

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman has filed a lawsuit against Temu, the popular orange shopping app known for its low prices.

The lawsuit is part of a broader push by Coleman’s office to challenge what he calls a growing threat from Chinese-owned platforms. That includes ongoing litigation against TikTok and previous efforts to close loopholes involving fentanyl shipments from overseas.
