Which food services passed or failed their health inspection: June 29 – July 5

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Onondaga County Health Department released inspection reports for restaurants checked from June 29 through July 5.

One food service establishment failed its inspection:

  • Delmonico’s – 2950 Erie Boulevard East

This establishment received 10 violations, with three in critical condition.

Improper cooling and refrigerated storage of potentially hazardous foods (critical):

The inspector found six portioned cups of cooked sausage in the top part of the salad preparation cooler, noted at temperatures between 55-59°F. The staff stated they had been in the cooler overnight. There were a total of 12 portion cups in the cooler; the ones on the bottom of the bin were at satisfactory temperatures (below 45°F). Only the portion cups on top were not in the satisfactory temperature range…
