Arrest warrant issued after $120 bowling shoes stolen from Grandview porch

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Kansas City man accused of stealing a package that contained $120 bowling shoes from the porch of a Grandview victim.

Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Friday, July 11, indicate that Carlos W. Reed Jr., 45, of Kansas City, has been charged with porch piracy.
