LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Police are warning the public of scammers targeting people listed on the City of Lincoln Planning Department’s website.
Police learned in May that scammers posing as City Planning began sending fake invoices to developers and applicants listed on the city’s website in the spring.
