BUFFALO, N.Y. (WENY) — A Western New York man is facing a federal charge after allegedly threatening to execute Congressman Nick Langworthy.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Western District of New York, Gerald Przybylski, 78, from Hamburg, N.Y. is charged with threatening to injure a member of Congress over the internet. Hamburg is a village located about 13 miles south of Buffalo, which is within Langworthy’s district.
Przybylski allegedly sent a threatening email to Langworthy’s office in which he detailed a plot to execute President Donald Trump and his Republican colleagues. The email continued, allegedly telling Langworthy that “You should be afraid for your life!!!”…
