CLEVELAND, Ohio (WKRC) – An Ohio woman has learned her fate after she helped to orchestrate multiple chaotic street takeovers in 2024.
According to WKYC, 23-year-old Ashlyn Rogers, who investigators believe orchestrated the Cleveland street takeovers on September 28 and September 29 in 2024, pleaded guilty to aggravated riot and disrupting public service on June 11.
Authorities said the takeovers involved 80 to 100 vehicles, with Rogers utilizing multiple Instagram accounts to provide various instructions to the participants and “continuously” include “new locations to attend.”…
