Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash that happened early Saturday morning in Waterford.
According to PSP Girard, calls came in for a person struck by a vehicle around 1:21 am Saturday in the 12000 block of Route 19 in Waterford, and the driver fled the scene.
Police said both the car and the pedestrian were heading south on Route 19 at the time of the crash, with the victim later succumbing to their injuries…
