Perry Square was full of culture and was a celebration of heritage with the AmeriMasala festival.
The day-long celebration featured performances from Batala, Chinese, Djabo, and Latin backgrounds. The afternoon began with a parade starting at 4th and State and ended at the Perry Square stage. After the parade, vendors set up where people could purchase food, jewelry, and other items.
