TELL CITY, Ind. (WFIE) – The Tell City Police Department says the driver of a speeding ice cream truck was under the influence of drugs.
Officers say Sherri Pool of New Albany was speeding on New State Road 237 on Thursday.
When police pulled over the ice cream truck, they say they had probable cause to search, and found meth, legend drugs, drug paraphernalia, and other controlled substances.
