MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The Manitou Springs Police Department (MSPD) hosted a volunteer cleanup of the Black Canyon Open Space on Sunday.
The city of Manitou Springs says this cleanup was part of MSPD’s ongoing efforts to promote public safety and environmental stewardship.
