Sometimes a change does not turn out to be better despite the best of intentions. It happened to Rush’s recently, but management listened to customers and corrected the mistake.
Rush’s celebrated the return of its original straight-cut fries Friday at the restaurant’s Charleston Highway location in West Columbia. Rush’s CEO Don Alcorn was on hand and explained why the change back happened.
“Our customers told us to go back. We realized that we made a mistake and we decided we had to fix it. It was not really a hard decision to make because after hearing our customers,” Alcorn said. “We thank them for staying on our case until we got it done.”…
