KERMAN, Calif. (FOX26) — The City of Kerman and Caltrans District 6 announced the completion of the Madera Avenue Streetscape Beautification Project on Wednesday.
The project, which aims to enhance the downtown area, includes revitalized landscaping, drought-tolerant plantings, new trees and shrubs, decorative benches, trash receptacles, stamped concrete, and “Shop Local” banners featuring historic imagery.
