MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WKRN) — A Saturday afternoon traffic stop in Mt. Juliet led to the apprehension of a woman wanted for multiple offenses in Memphis.
According to the Mt. Juliet Police Department, an officer noticed a speeding vehicle with a false temporary tag, sparking a traffic stop on South Mt. Juliet Road near Central Pike on Saturday, July 19.

Authorities said the driver initially handed over a driver’s license that belonged to someone else in an attempt to hide her identity. Upon further questioning, she allegedly provided a second fake name and birth date.
Through careful investigation, law enforcement said they discovered both names were known aliases. Police eventually learned the driver — described as a 34-year-old from Memphis — had several active warrants out of that city, including identity theft, aggravated burglary, marijuana resale, bond revocations, and failure to appear on serious felony charges…
