A woman landed in jail after she was caught driving without a license on U.S. 301.
Patsy Mae Runyons, 32, of Weirsdale, was driving a white GMC SUV at about 11 p.m. Thursday on U.S. 301 at County Road 466 when a deputy noticed the vehicle did not have operable taglights, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
During a traffic stop, Runyons presented the deputy with a Florida identification card. She said she doesn’t have a driver’s license and usually has “people drive for her.”…
