SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — San Diego Police are investigating a hit-and-run that left a man with a fractured leg in Mission Valley East Friday afternoon.
San Diego Police officers were called to the 5000 block of Qualcomm Way just before 4 p.m. Friday for reports of a man hit by an unidentified vehicle.
