State Troopers: Speeding played part in crash on I-635 that seriously injured Pleasant Valley driver

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – According to Kansas Highway Patrol Troopers, speed played a part in a crash on I-635 in Kansas City that injured a Pleasant Valley driver.

The Kansas Highway Patrol indicates that just after 8 a.m. on Friday, July 18, emergency crews were called to the area of I-635 and Parallel Parkway with reports of a single-vehicle crash.
