Catskill man arrested for taking tools and damaging property at Alcove site

COEYMANS — A Catskill man was arrested Monday on multiple charges, including burglary and grand larceny, following an investigation into thefts and property damage in Alcove, authorities said.

The Coeymans Police Department arrested Paul Bilow, 36, of Jefferson Heights in Catskill, on charges of burglary in the second degree, burglary in the third degree, two counts of grand larceny, all felonies, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief in the third degree, both misdemeanors.
