GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Michigan’s Court of Appeals will allow for a civil case to move forward, stemming from the 2021 mass shooting at Oxford High School, according to a report from The Detroit News.
The lawsuit was filed by Steve St. Juliana, the father of Hana St. Juliana, one of four students killed at the Oakland County school.
