First Alert Weather: Wet weather to start Sunday, but dry and sunny afternoon/evening

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – We’re tracking a cold front that will sweep through today, causing a little unsettled weather from northwest to southeast through the morning hours and perhaps a little into the afternoon. Showers will develop with a few rumbles of thunder, but no severe storms are expected so we remain Green on the Threat Tracker. After the front finishes passing through the Finger Lakes by mid afternoon everyone will have a nice end to the weekend. Mostly sunny skies, temperatures seasonably warm, with a bit of a northwest breeze at 10-20 MPH.

Tomorrow the cold front will have made itself known as we will only get up to the low 70s, and dew points will be very dry. Clear skies as well, and this trend continues for Tuesday though around 5 degrees…..
