A local planning board turned down a proposed planned development for southern Brunswick County.
The Brunswick County Planning Board during its meeting on July 14 went against staff recommendation and denied a nearly 300-unit planned development after concerns about stormwater drainage and traffic were stated by staff and nearby residents.
