Something I’ve enjoyed doing since I was a child is going to auto museums. My dad started taking me when I was young. I especially like the “Hollywood” vehicles. I think it’s because there were so many cool cars in TV shows and movies back in those days.
It’s funny because I’ve never been a “car guy,” but all these different vehicles have always fascinated me. There are some great auto museums in Illinois, including the Volo Auto Museum and Historic Auto Attractions. I just found out about Klairmont Kollections in Chicago, and I’m going to have to visit it sometime soon.
