Man tased, arrested after refusing commands during Shreveport traffic stop

SHREVEPORT, La. – A man was arrested after refusing repeated commands to exit a vehicle during a traffic stop in Shreveport, according to police.

The incident occurred on July 19, when Shreveport police officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of West 70th Street and Louise Street. During the stop, a passenger, identified as Ladarius Small, allegedly refused multiple lawful commands to exit the vehicle.
