Owen’s Bistro, a downtown Chino staple, is preparing for a significant restoration project aimed at revitalizing the historic building it calls home. Located at 5210 D Street, the restaurant is in an old brick structure that needs some work, according to Champion Newspapers.
The City of Chino has reportedly budgeted $150,000 towards the city-owned building’s restoration, which will include repairs to the aging brickwork on both the interior and exterior, including the covered outdoor patio. Despite the upcoming construction, Owen’s Bistro will remain open.
