Lucas County’s latest roundabout opened Friday evening at Hill Avenue and McCord Road, but only after an impatient pickup truck driver tore up part of its grass seeding after illegally driving into the not-yet-open circle.
The Lucas County Engineer’s Office said replacing an entire portion of the grass seeding delayed the reopening, although it did not say by how much or what the cost was.
