AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The winner of Miss Texas 2025 was announced as Miss Richardson 2025, who is also Sadie Schiermeyer. Scherimeyer was able to celebrate a big win, but it was even more special because she and her mom, Arian Archer Orlando, who was also crowned Miss Texas Legacy.
Scherimeyer’s mom, Orlando, won the Miss Texas title in 1994, which is the first time in Miss Texas history that a mom and daughter both won the Miss Texas title, and their story begins right here in Amarillo.
