BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A 58-year-old man has been identified following a possible weekend drowning at Lake Moultrie.
Berkeley County Coroner Darnell Hartwell said in a Monday morning announcement that Kenneth Evans, of Ladson, was recovered by emergency personnel at the lake on Sunday afternoon.
