A man with three previous DUI convictions is facing new DUI and other charges after police said he was found in a car in Miami Shores with three kids inside.
Rodolfo A. Fonseca, 45, was arrested Friday on charges including DUI, DUI 4th or subsequent offense, child neglect with no great bodily harm, and driving with a license suspended, records showed.
According to an arrest report, officers had responded for a welfare check on a man passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle in a Publix parking lot in the 9000 block of Biscayne Boulevard.
When officers arrived, they found Fonseca sitting behind the wheel of a Nissan Sentra that was running with three children in the back, one 17-year-old and two 9-year-olds, the report said…
