Trees Removed From Milpas Street Get a Second Life

As the city of Santa Barbara completes the removal of 13 ficus trees from Milpas Street this month as part of its plans to make the street safer for drivers and pedestrians, the removed trees have found a new purpose, benefiting the environment.
