Man indicted on first-degree murder charge in May 2024 stabbing death in Tallahassee

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A man accused of stabbing a woman to death last year in Tallahassee has been indicted on a first-degree murder charge, according to court documents.

DeAndre Robinson’s indictment comes after being accused of stabbing a woman several times last year in May, leading to her death. The victim was found suffering from serious injuries in a Providence Point apartment, according to Tallahassee Police.

Robinson was expected to appear in court Monday, but failed to do so.

Just a few days after the woman’s death last year, Robinson was arrested in Albany, Georgia after Albany Police received information that Robinson, who was wanted for murder, was in the city limits, sister-station WALB reported…
