BETHLEHEM — The fourth location of Tipsy Moose Tap & Tavern since the brand was founded in 2016 is being developed at 333 Delaware Ave. in Delmar, home to 333 Cafe for 20 years until it closed in fall 2022.
Rob Tario, who co-owns Tipsy Moose with business partner Brendan Brader, confirmed the plan Monday but declined to say more, including about a projected opening date. A former employee of Tario’s, Samantha Tryon, owns the building with her husband, Pete Tryon, of the property development and management firm Blue House Cos. of Albany.
In late 2023, the Tryons submitted plans to the town to redevelop the building into a new restaurant that would add a patio and second-floor deck to the existing first-floor restaurant space. Work began on the project last year, but seemed to have stopped. Tario said renovations have restarted on a plan that is similar but adapted to suit the Tipsy Moose brand.
