JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A Silver Alert has been issued for a 31-year-old Jackson man.
Agents with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) said Octivian Holmes was last seen on Saturday, July 19 in the 2000 block of North State Street in Hinds County. He was last seen wearing yellow pants and no shirt.
Family members said Holmes suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment. Anyone with information on his whereabouts can contact the Jackson Police Department (JPD) at 601-960-1234 or 911.
