(Sioux Falls, SD) — Drivers in Sioux Falls can expect several road and lane closures starting today. The southbound lane of Cliff Avenue at 17th Street is shut down through November for traffic light replacement. On the west side, West Windmill Ridge Street is closed at Ellis Road for utility work, and Ellis is down to one lane in each direction.
