Albany, NY (WRGB) — A 53-year-old Hardeep Singh has been sentenced to state prison after being found with a handgun and a large quantity of methamphetamine, Albany County District Attorney Lee C. Kindlon announced. Singh was sentenced on Monday by the Honorable William Little to serve five years in prison, followed by three years of post-release supervision. Singh had pleaded guilty to Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.
