A Norfolk County prosecutor took the witness stand Monday morning as a defense lawyer moved to dismiss a 2021 murder case he once served as the lead prosecutor in over the apparent failure by the district attorney’s office to turn over key evidence.
Attorney Rosemary Scapicchio, who represents Myles King, a man charged with a 2021 fatal shooting, questioned Norfolk Assistant District Attorney Adam Lally for more than an hour at an evidentiary hearing Monday morning.
