MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A man who admitted trying to burn down a grocery store last year received the minimum sentence in federal court Monday.
Chief U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Beaverstock imposed the sentence, which prosecutors recommended, and ordered Timothy David Jones to reimburse Greer’s Downtown Market for the $24,901 in damaged that he caused.
