The Gonzales Police Department announced the arrest of suspects in connection with a multi-agency investigation into heroin and methamphetamine distribution in Ascension Parish.
According to a news release, the GPD Narcotics Division worked with the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office and Drug Enforcement Administration after receiving information that a suspect was distributing narcotics in the Gonzales area.
During the execution of a search warrant at a residence along S. Burnside Highway, investigators arrested three suspects and seized evidence from the scene:
- Vivian Langlois, 35, was charged with two counts of distribution of Schedule II (heroin) and possession of Schedule II (methamphetamine).
- Kendrick Fobb, 38, was charged with principal to distribution of heroin.
- Jason Grisaffe, 38, was charged with failure to appear (bench warrant) and fugitive from another jurisdiction.
In the release, GPD credited the efforts of partnering agencies, including APSO, GPD uniform patrol and CID, DEA Task Force, HSI Task Force, West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office, St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office and Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office…
