COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 7-year-old girl it said was taken by her grandmother and may be headed out of the country.
Gabriela Jireth Gimon Palma was visiting her grandmother, Rosibel Galvis Telles, and was supposed to be back home on Saturday, July 19, after spending time with Telles, the sheriff’s office said. However, as of Sunday afternoon, the girl has not been returned to her mother and Telles has not responded to multiple attempts at contact from Gabriela’s mother.
Gabriela was last seen on July 11 at 4:30 p.m. with Telles. Gabriela is described as approximately 3 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 66 pounds. Gabriela has light brown hair and brown eyes.

Telles is believed to be driving a gray 2015 Hyundai Elantra with Ohio plate KPZ3638. The family believes Telles is headed to El Paso, Texas, then possibly moving on to an unknown location in Mexico.
