MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is now dead after a shooting overnight at a Frayser apartment complex, Memphis Police confirm.
Officers say they responded to the shots-fired call just before 1 a.m. at an apartment complex on 3595 Steele Street. A man was found suffering from a gunshot wound and pronounced dead at the scene.
The man was shot to death when a group he was with shot at another group, who returned gunfire, according to police.
