Central Florida – here’s what you’ve anxiously been waiting to hear! Clermont residents and visitors can soon get their hands on those famous White Castle sliders—construction is already underway on the city’s second freestanding location. The new 3,220-square-foot restaurant, located at 4551 Collina Terrace, near the intersection of SR 50 and Plaza Collina Boulevard, adjacent to Costco, broke ground on April 9, 2025, and is expected to open in late summer 2025.
The Clermont Castle will feature two drive-thru lanes, indoor and outdoor seating, and sleek branding, complete with the chain’s iconic castle tower design. The restaurant is expected to create approximately 75 local jobs, marking another milestone in the chain’s growth in Central Florida. A management team for the Clermont restaurant has already been selected.
