DC dethrones Los Angeles for worst traffic in the nation, according to new report

WASHINGTON (7News) — The DC area has taken over Los Angeles for having the worst traffic in the country, according to an annual report by Consumer Affairs.

DC’s average commute time is now 33.4 minutes–the highest in the nation. The DMV’s congestion each weekday is six hours and 35 minutes on average, second only to Los Angeles, according to the report.
