The family of man who died during a routine cataract surgery in 2023 has settled a lawsuit with the doctors they held responsible.
Bart Writer, 56, was undergoing the procedure on Feb. 3, 2023 at the InSight Sugery Center in the Lone Tree suburb in Denver, Colorado.
