ANCHORAGE, AK (Alaska’s News Source) – An overall cloudier, wetter and cooler weather pattern remains with many across the state. While a ridge of high pressure to the south still has some influence on the southern coastline, areas to the north are continuing to see impacts from an area of low pressure in the Bering Sea. This will continue to lead to ongoing showers for most of the state this week.
SOUTHCENTRAL:
Sunshine is with us this morning across Southcentral, although areas through the Mat-Su Valley and Copper River Basin continue to hold onto some cloud cover. We’ll see a nice day on tap for much of the region with mostly sunny skies gripping a large portion of Southcentral. The only exception will be locations to the north, which will likely hold onto some form of cloud cover through the day…
